• Have experience with toddlers or preschoolers in any learning or activity-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead movement-based group classes for ages 6 months to 5 years, following our structured curriculum. (Full training provided.)
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Support smooth communication within the team and with parents.
• Ensure every transition—class changes, arrivals, and goodbyes—is managed with care and safety in mind.
• Contribute ideas to games, activities, and class improvements.
• Track class progress and share developmental observations.
• Represent our team at community events throughout the year.

What You Need

Weekend availability (one full day or two half days).

• F.5/DSE or above. Background in education, sports, or hospitality a plus.
• Reliable team player with a learning mindset.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Energetic, active, and passionate about helping children grow.
• Ability to commit to a one-year contract (with career growth potential).
